- Routine Maintenance: Twice monthly checks of the property to ensure its security and check for any apparent problems.
- Management of Utilities: Payment of utilities and arrange reconnection if water or electricity services have been cut off.
- Management of Rental Payments: Share rental payments from tenants and deposit the money in your account.
- Gardening & Pool Management: Keep the garden and pool in optimum condition.
- Cleaning: Laundry and spring cleaning.
- Key Holding: Key holding service for security to greet guests or tenants.
- Baby Care: Hire of Baby equipment, cots, high chairs and recommended babysitting services.
- Meet and Greet Service: Airport transfers, arrival food packs and other special requests.
- Regular Checks: When untenanted, twice-monthly inspections of your property will be carried out to check for water leaks, power failure and to make sure the heating, air conditioning and other facilities are functioning properly. Tenanted properties will be automatically checked every 3 months.
